Housefulmart is an online store based in Pakistan, offering home, 
kitchen, and lifestyle products. By using our website, you confirm 
that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and 
that all information you provide to us (name, address, phone 
number) is accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS
- We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and 
  pricing accurately on housefulmart.com. However, slight 
  variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to 
  photography, screen display, or supplier updates.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, 
  or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Orders placed on housefulmart.com can be paid via Cash on 
  Delivery (COD) or advance payment through bank transfer, 
  JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
- We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order 
  before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed after 
  reasonable attempts may be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our 
  discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated 
  order refusals, or delivery issues.

4. PRICING
All prices listed on housefulmart.com are in Pakistani Rupees 
(PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges, 
where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and 
coverage areas. Housefulmart is not responsible for delays caused 
by courier service disruptions, incorrect address information 
provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

eligibility, the request process, and refund timelines.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information 
  (name, address, phone number) at checkout.
- You are responsible for being reasonably available to receive 
  your order or respond to confirmation calls/messages from our 
  team.
- Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders without valid reason 
  may result in restrictions on future COD orders from your 
  account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on housefulmart.com — including our logo, product 
photography, descriptions, and website design — is the property of 
Housefulmart and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without 
our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Housefulmart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or 
consequential damages arising from the use of our website or 
products, beyond the value of the product purchased. Our products 
are intended for general household use as described; misuse is not 
covered under our policies.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

acceptance of the revised terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes

Pakistan.
